All Terrain Vehicles
Our EMS side-by-side all-terrain vehicles are specially equipped to take emergency medical response beyond the reach of a traditional ambulance. Designed for remote, rugged, congested, and hard-to-access environments, these vehicles allow our medical teams to reach patients quickly when terrain or event conditions make conventional vehicle access difficult.
Equipped with ALS medical equipment, patient transport capabilities, and extrication equipment, our all-terrain units allow trained personnel to rapidly access, assess, stabilize, and safely remove injured or ill patients. Once extracted, patients can be transferred directly to an awaiting ambulance for continued treatment and transport when necessary.
Mobile Command
Our Mobile Command Unit serves as a fully equipped operational hub for event coordination, incident management, and emergency response. Designed to support both routine event operations and complex incidents, the unit provides Starlink internet connectivity, state-of-the-art computer systems, advanced weather-monitoring technology, and comprehensive communications systems to help teams stay connected and informed.
Inside, dedicated conference and task-team work areas provide space for collaborative decision-making, briefings, and multi-agency coordination.
Fire Safety Vehicle
Our Fire Suppression & Safety Response Units add an additional layer of protection for events where fire hazards, vehicle incidents, or specialized safety concerns may be present. These resources can be strategically positioned for rapid hazard mitigation, fire suppression, and emergency response, helping reduce response time when immediate intervention is critical.
Ideal for motorsports, special events, industrial sites, and specialized operations, these units can be incorporated into a larger Fenix medical and safety plan or deployed as a dedicated resource based on the needs of the event.
ADA Compliant Bussing
Our 14-passenger accessible shuttle buses provide a comfortable and convenient transportation solution for special events, group transportation, community programs, and other transportation needs. Each shuttle is equipped with a power wheelchair lift, allowing us to safely accommodate wheelchair patrons while providing seating for additional passengers and companions.
Ambulance Standby
Our ALS-equipped ambulances provide a complete mobile treatment and transport capability directly at your event. Each unit is staffed by experienced, certified medical professionals and equipped to provide Advanced Life Support, emergency stabilization, cardiac monitoring, advanced airway management, medication administration, and trauma care when an emergency occurs.

Fenix maintains a versatile fleet of rapid response and support vehicles designed to provide greater mobility and flexibility throughout an event. These vehicles allow personnel, medical equipment, and operational resources to be deployed quickly without requiring a full-size ambulance for every response.
Depending on the needs of the event, our response vehicles can be configured and utilized for medic response, medic intercept, pace and safety operations, or operational support. Their mobility makes them especially valuable at large venues, racing events, festivals, industrial sites, and events covering expansive areas where rapid access is essential.
First Response Vehicles
The Fenix Medic Response Unit provides a fast and flexible way to deploy trained medical personnel and essential emergency equipment throughout an event. Its smaller, highly mobile design allows medics to quickly access patients without requiring a full-size ambulance for every initial response.
The unit can be strategically positioned or actively deployed throughout a venue to provide rapid medical response, initial patient assessment, treatment, and stabilization while additional resources are requested when necessary. It can also support ambulance crews by allowing a medic to quickly reach a patient or intercept an existing crew when a higher level of care is needed.
Mobile First Aid
Our Portable First Aid Station provides a convenient, highly visible medical resource that can be positioned virtually anywhere within an event. Its portable design allows Fenix to place essential first aid supplies close to participants, spectators, and staff, helping provide prompt care without requiring patients with minor needs to travel to a primary medical area.
Communications
Fenix offers a fleet of more than 40 handheld two-way radios to support clear, coordinated communication throughout special events and large-scale operations. Each radio is programmed with five designated channels, allowing communications to be organized between medical teams, transportation personnel, dispatch, operations staff, and other designated groups.
Operating on UHF frequencies, the radios provide dependable short-range communication across event venues and can be incorporated into a customized event communications plan. Dedicated channels help separate operational functions while maintaining the ability to quickly coordinate medical response, transportation, resource deployment, and event operations.
